What type of payments do you accept ?
We have the following payment methods:
T/T (Telegraph transfer through bank), for this payment terms, we need at least 30% down payment before production, the balance should be effected within 10 days against the copy of the Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.

What if my order arrives damaged ?
In the event that all or part of your order should arrive damaged, is important you contact us the same day as you receive the item, or the very next day at the latest! Once you have contacted us and sent a photo of the damaged items via email, we will send you the replacement items or give you a satisfying solution once we confirm the damage is our fault.
How do I care for my copper sink ?
For basic cleaning, simply use a mild soap and water. Other cleaners are not necessary. If you have hard water in your area, we recommend you keep your sink dry by wiping it down periodically with a soft cloth. For extra protection, a product such as “Renaissance Wax” may be applied to the copper surface periodically. This will help maintain the luster and provide better water runoff. What precautions should I take with my copper sink ?
Do not use corrosives, such as chlorine or concentrated vinegar, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals on the copper sinks. These substances may damage the finish of the copper sinks. Please visit our Copper’s Care and Maintenance section for further details.
Do copper sinks scratch or tarnish ?
Copper is a metal, and like all metallic surfaces, may scratch. It is non-porous and will not stain in the traditional sense of the word. However, copper will obtain a patina, which a chemical change that cause the metal to change color. Most of our copper finishes are accelerated patinas. How do I care for my stone sink ?
Stone sinks should be washed with a clean, soft cloth and fresh warm water, Then, as an additional safeguard, wash your sink twice a year with warm water and a mild detergent, which should remove any residue that may have become ingrained. What precautions should I take with my stone sink ?
Stone sinks are susceptible to the action of acids and alcohol. Do not use sandpaper, cleaners
containing grit, or any abrasive products. Please visit our Stone Care and Maintenance section for

Do your bathroom sinks have overflows ?
That depends on the style and the material of the sink. Generally speaking, our sinks do not have overflow,. However, on some models, we can cut the overflow hole for you as per request.
Is the drain included with my purchase ?
No. your sink does not include and hardware for installation. We mainly sell sinks, for the drains or other hardware, we can help to source and purchase for your as per your additional request.
What drain do I use for a sink without an overflow ?
You need to install a drain for use on a sink without an overflow. Several faucet and sink suppliers carry them, and you contractor or plumber should be familiar with these types of accessories.
Can you make a sink to my specifications ?
Yes, we will gladly make our best effort to accommodate your requirements. Please contact us to let us know what you have in mind, and we will help you to find the sink that is right for your home.
We are also open to adding new models and designs to our line, so if you have any ideas about a sink design, please contact us.
Are custom sinks more expensive than stock sinks ?
No, custom made orders cost the same to make as any of our stock items. The price of our pieces depends not on whether it is a catalog item, but rather, on the size, complexity of the pattern, engraving if any, and the finish, material requested. Is copper a sanitary material ?
Yes, actually copper is more sanitary than most other basin materials, because it is “antibacterial.” Science has shown that bacteria can live for days on a stainless steel surface, but for only a matter of hours on copper. As a matter of fact, there is a great deal of reconsideration going on in the commercial food preparation industry regarding this very issue.
I want 2 or more similar sinks. Considering they are 100% handmade, what differences should I expect?
Due the handcraft process, all pieces are unique. It is common that the sinks have variations from
each other in pattern, color, size, and shape. That is the beauty of the handmade!
What is the difference between a "Vessel", a "Drop In", an "Over mount” & “Under Mount”?
Vessel Sinks - Sinks that sit on top of a surface. They can also be pedestal mounted,
counter mounted, suspended in a base, half mounted or they can function as a "Drop In".
Drop In/Partial Mount Sinks - Sinks that are usually set into a pre-cut counter top either
partially or completely.
Over Mount Sinks - Sink also referred to as "Rimmed Sinks", are designed to be "set in" to
the counter top.
Under Mounted Sinks - Sinks that are mounted beneath the counter surface
